Not really upset that some creep continued to send sexual invitations to me through in-game email, but the response of the support team made me horribly upset. Though I had been "inconvenienced" they could not help me unless I provided screenshots of messages uploaded to a 3rd party site. Not easy to do when the in-game messages are deleted after 72 hours and it took over 72 hours for Support to respond. Added to that, the inability to respond to their Reply, but instead having to start a new inquiry reveals their very strong desire to be of help. Not. Just a complete joke. Game-wise: enjoyed many aspects except the need to pay huge $ to get the best characters and the extremely slow stamina recharge rate.

I bought some gems but I havent received it. Pls solve this it is a really big issue. ( fix for 5 stars)

I been playing this game since it just came out. The item drop rate is very low. It will cost you $3:50 for a pull to get a chance to get something good but turns out your odds is 1:30 chances. You will have to spend a total of 300 dollars to get some thing decent. This game is target for spender. I think half of the people who spend big money on this game had already quit due to lack of content and money greed they try to get from player. Beware

Top players cheat or spend thousands of dollars a month. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced! They explain things so poorly in game it is almost impossible to understand everything. Please avoid this one and find something else. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Well excellent game but with latest update game wont start. Just sits at loading screen and does nothing! Customer support is non existent!

This game really has no good elements to it besides its battle systems. It basically a paid only game to get anywhere with the game forcing you to get gems of some sort. Stamina does not have a timer to refill. Play Seven Knights instead of this junk

Its a new game and its lacking complexity of heroes, but its a fun game!

What wrong

Only thing good about this game is combat. Let me be clear, youre not guaranteed a new character if you spend gems, just a ton of useless BS, and if youre lucky enough to draw a character, there can be repeats which are basically a waste of gems. If you hate wasting effort for crap, do not play this game!

The game wont load even if I have perfect internet connection!

Really fun game in my opinion and also the story mode will make u get addicted to it but all in all a 9/10 game for me because the sta takes a bit longer to refill than i would like
